OUR ASSESSMENTS - Continued

We believe that clients should be enabled to play as full a part as possible in the design of any programme subsequently agreed and Assessments are carried out with, rather than ‘done to’. In all but exceptional circumstances, we recommend that our assessment reports are fully shared with the client.

We will propose solutions to fix the situation, not just the person, and attempt to give a realistic prognosis assisting the potential commissioner to understand fully the potential outcomes of the service.

Regular reporting, ongoing risk assessment, and outcome evaluation is all delivered as an integral and essential part of our programmes.
